Family History of Holloway

Percy and Millicent Holloway lived at the Almonary, I think, during the early part of th 20th Century. Millicent died there in 1944. They had a daughter, Gwenyth who survived them. Did she live there and when did it stop being a private house? Any memories of the family would be of great interest to Percy's neice who is still alive and living in the US.
